Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aussie 4WD Deals (the “Service”), operated by Aussie 4WD (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. The information you provide must be accurate.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Rules and not to:

• post false, misleading, unlawful, infringing or off-topic content;
• spam, or post referral/affiliate links disguised as deals;
• harass other users or post anyone's private information;
• manipulate votes, scores or rankings, including by using multiple accounts;
• attempt to disrupt, attack, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You confirm you have the rights to post it.

4. Moderation

We may, at our discretion, hide, remove or edit content, and suspend or ban accounts that breach these Terms or our Rules — including via automated thresholds for downvotes and reports. We are not obligated to host any content.

5. Deals are community-submitted — no affiliation or warranty

Aussie 4WD Deals is independent and not affiliated with any retailer or supplier. Deals, prices, coupon codes, stock and terms are submitted by members and can change or expire at any time, and may contain errors. We do not sell any products, are not party to any transaction between you and a retailer, and do not endorse or guarantee any deal. Always verify details on the retailer's own site before purchasing. Any purchase is solely between you and the retailer.

6. Group buys

Group buys are organised by members, not by us. We provide the coordination tools only and are not responsible for any group buy, the conduct of organisers or participants, payments, or delivery of goods.

7. Third-party links

The Service links to third-party websites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss arising from your reliance on community-submitted deals or your dealings with retailers or other users.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location.
