Community Rules

Aussie 4WD Deals works because members keep it useful. Posting or commenting means you agree to these rules and to our Terms of Use. Breaking them can get content hidden and repeat offenders banned.

Posting deals

• Be accurate.Post the real price, any required coupon code, and honest stock/shipping details. Don't inflate the RRP to fake a bigger discount.
• Stay on-topic. Deals should be relevant to 4WD, automotive, camping, recovery or related gear. Off-topic deals may be removed.
• One deal per post. Pick the right category and location so others can find it.
• No referral or affiliate stuffing. Link directly to the deal — not through your own referral, affiliate or tracking links.
• No reposts.Check the deal isn't already live before submitting.

Comments & conduct

• Be civil. No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
• No spam, advertising, or self-promotion dressed up as a comment.
• Don't post anyone's private information.
• Vote honestly — don't use multiple accounts to manipulate scores.

Group buys

• Only organise a group buy you genuinely intend to run.
• Be clear about quantity targets, deadlines and what participants are committing to.
• Treat participant details shared with you with care — use them only for the group buy.

Rate limits

To keep things tidy and discourage spam, each account is limited per day to roughly 5 deals, 30 comments, 2 group buys and 10 reports.

Moderation & reporting

See something that breaks the rules? Use the Report button on any deal or comment. Content that attracts enough downvotes or reports is automatically hidden pending review, and our moderators can hide, remove or restore content and ban accounts as needed. Decisions are made at our discretion to keep the community healthy.
